Parkdean Resorts is continuing its long-standing support for the Armed Forces community, donating 240 holidays worth £180,000 to serving personnel, veterans and their families in 2026.
The holidays are being provided through partnerships with the Army Central Fund, Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund and the Hoplite Fund, giving military families valuable opportunities to relax, reconnect and spend uninterrupted time together.
This year’s commitment builds on more than 1,000 holidays donated since 2021, including over 200 stays across 21 Parkdean Resorts holiday parks in 2025.
For families dealing with the pressures and disruption that can come with service life, these holidays provide an opportunity to spend uninterrupted time together, relax and reconnect.
One beneficiary said: “The holiday provided a crucial break, enabling us all to spend time away together in a relaxed setting, sharing experiences, undertaking new activities, and creating positive memories that enabled us all to reconnect away from the stresses of service life.”
Steve Richards, CEO at Parkdean Resorts, said: “We deeply admire the resilience of our Armed Forces, along with their families who navigate unique challenges while supporting their loved ones in service.
“This year we will be donating £180,000 worth of free holidays to military families through our valued partnerships with the Army Central Fund, Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, the Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund, and the Hoplite Fund.
“Creating spaces where the whole family can connect and create cherished memories is central to what we do, and it’s a privilege to give something back to those who give so much.”
Through initiatives such as this, holiday parks can provide much more than a place to stay. They can offer valuable space for families to reconnect, create positive memories and enjoy time together away from the pressures of everyday life.
Parkdean Resorts’ continued support for the Armed Forces community shows how parks can use their facilities and resources to make a meaningful difference to people and families across the UK.
This is part of the #ParksMakePlaces campaign, celebrating how holiday parks support people, places and the planet.
