Andrewshayes Holiday Park: Where Holiday Friendships Become Lifelong Memories

Holiday parks are places where memories are made, friendships are formed and families return year after year. For one couple, a childhood friendship at Andrewshayes Holiday Park in Devon turned into a lifelong love story.
Sarah and Jordan first met at the park in 2004, aged just 14 and 13. Despite living in different cities, they spent their school holidays together at Andrewshayes, making memories with friends, riding bikes around the park and enjoying summer days by the swimming pool.

Their friendship continued long after those childhood holidays, and in 2017, they went on their first proper date. Years later, Jordan arranged a return visit to Andrewshayes before proposing during a weekend away in nearby Lyme Regis.
Today, the couple are married with two children and continue to return to the park, creating new memories as a family in the same place where their story began.
Sarah said:
“Andrewshayes is where everything began. Without it, our paths may never have crossed. From childhood adventures and summer holidays to an engagement weekend and now visits as a married couple with children, it has been part of every chapter of our story.”

With Sarah having visited for more than 20 years and Jordan for over 30, Andrewshayes has become much more than a holiday destination. It has been a constant throughout their lives, bringing together friends, family and generations of happy memories.
Their story is a wonderful example of how holiday parks help create lasting connections. Beyond providing somewhere to stay, they offer places where people meet, relationships grow and memories are made that can last a lifetime.
