Unveiled: a chic retreat for the shape of holidays to come

Casa Di Lusso Luxury Holiday Lodge
Architect-designed with stylish interior design features, the new lodge takes staycations to a new level

With UK holidays set to become the new normal for more people, Prestige Homeseeker has unveiled a luxury lodge with more than a dash of continental chic.

The Casa Di Lusso, it says, is a pampering paradise for those who want to enjoy a first-class holiday experience without ever stepping foot on an aeroplane.

Soon to become an option to rent or buy on many British holiday parks, the architect-designed lodge provides spacious and elegant five-star surroundings.

5 Star Holiday Lodge Accommodation

The Casa Di Lusso’s striking appearance – including a split-level roof line – immediately sets it apart from conventional holiday homes, and the theme is continued once inside.

Its generously-sized open-plan living area with floor-to-ceiling windows provide a light and airy feel, complemented by whitewashed sawn timber panelling.

But the Casa Di Lusso is also cosy and welcoming, thanks to the high quality contemporary soft furnishings which would put many a top hotel suite to shame.

The spacious adjoining kitchen is fitted with all the latest appliances including an American fridge-freezer, and there’s an island breakfast bar where everyone can gather.

Just as splendid and unlikely to cramp anyone’s style is the lavish en-suite master bedroom, and the lodge’s main bathroom features a full-size bath as well as a shower.

Up to four bedrooms can be specified in the Casa Di Lusso, including one guaranteed to get the thumbs-up from youngsters with its cabin-style bunk beds.

High levels of insulation and a super-efficient A-rated boiler mean the lodge can be used in comfort throughout the four-seasons while minimising energy bills.

Luxury holiday living

Translating from the Italian as “house of luxury”, the Casa Di Lusso is the shape of holiday living in the future says Prestige Homeseeker’s Silvano Geranio:

“Nobody should have to sacrifice home comforts when they go away on holiday,” said Silvano who founded his Northamptonshire-based firm 30 years ago.

“Now we have taken that that premise to a whole new level by providing additional layers of luxury and comfort which put the Casa Di Lusso in a class of its own.

“As with all our products, it is hand-built using a combination of high-tech processes and traditional artisan skills which will ensure a long low-maintenance life.

“Early feedback from our holiday park customers has been absolutely amazing with fantastic praise given for the lodge’s stylish looks and high quality build.

“We suspect that many people in the future will prefer to stay in the UK for their holidays, and a lot of these will be looking for the type of memorable experiences they enjoyed abroad.

“The Casa Di Lusso will deliver on that and, we hope, exceed even the highest expectations of families,” said Silvano whose firm employs more than 400 staff.

A virtual tour of the lodge, launched on 18 June, is available on the company’s website – and it can also be viewed by appointment on its Rushden, Northants, showground.
