At Forest Glade Holiday Park, adventure and community go hand in hand. Far more than a place to stay, the park serves as a vibrant hub for outdoor learning and youth development, offering its facilities to local groups who share a passion for the great outdoors.
The team provides free camping for Duke of Edinburgh students, acts as a training base for Ten Tors teams, and offers swimming pool access to Exeter College for kayak training. Forest Glade also supports the wider community by serving as a free venue for the local orienteering club, sponsoring youth sports teams, and hosting family Scout camps.
By opening its gates and sharing its space, Forest Glade is helping young people and families build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong memories—showing how parks can inspire the next generation through shared experiences in nature.
