When the time came to replace the facility with a new custom-built static unit, the community came together. A special fundraising day – joined by Spud Man, the much-loved viral food truck star and dialysis patient himself—helped raise over £5,000. More than money, the event spread awareness of this vital service, ensuring many more guests can enjoy the break they deserve.
