Mewslade Bay and Fall Bay are both stunning beaches connected to each other, while one lies on the east and the other rests on the west. They both offer a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although getting to the beaches might require a bit of a trek, the gorgeous views over the valleys make it all worth it. The sandy beaches are perfect for relaxing with family and soaking up the sun. If you’re lucky, you might even see seals in the bay while you’re there!

Newborough Beach, also known as Llanddwyn Beach, is one of the most peaceful beaches in Wales.

However, please note that due to the high wall of rocks and pebbles, it may not be suitable for physically disabled people or the very elderly.

It takes our vote for one of teh best beaches in Wales – they have an abundance of caves and rock pools that are just waiting to be explored. You can spend hours exploring the coastline and discovering hidden gems along the way.
