Devon holiday parks’ sales office opens with awards

Sea views across rolling Devon countryside: it’s an uplifting outlook for holiday home owners at Ladram Bay

Two Devon holiday parks are celebrating after the opening of their new holiday home sales office coincided with a top customer service award this June.

Ladram Bay Holiday Park near Budleigh Salterton and Castle Brake Holiday Park near Exeter have both gained the 2016 TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence.

TripAdvisor’s “excellence” accolades are handed out only to holiday firms which attract an exceptional number of glowing reviews and maximum satisfaction scores.

But what makes the awards especially satisfying to the two parks is that they have come just as the doors were opened on a new holiday home sales office at Ladram Bay.

Based in a luxury holiday lodge on the park, the office provides a relaxed setting for customers to find out more about the benefits of holiday home ownership on both parks.

Experienced advisors from the family-owned business are able to answer any questions on the different options available to buyers, and how best to fund their purchase.

They will also be able to point to the range of models currently available on the two parks, both brand new and pre-owned, starting in price from £17,000.

All caravan holiday homes and luxury lodges come fully furnished and equipped, and owners are able to take short breaks and longer stays right throughout the seasons.

Owning families also have full use of the parks’ leisure facilities which, at Ladram Bay, include a new swimming pool complex, restaurant, and first-class day and evening entertainment.

Ladram Bay, owned by the Carter family for over 70 years, also has its own private beach.

Castle Brake offers five-star surroundings in glorious Devon countryside near Exeter with beautifully landscaped surroundings, and a host of facilities, and a friendly atmosphere.

Director Zoe House said the family was delighted to receive its prestigious endorsements from TripAdvisor just as the new holiday home sales office welcomed its first customers:

“Reviews left by customers are especially valuable because they focus on those aspects of the holiday which guests feel matter most to them,” said Zoe.

“So whilst we are delighted to see our accommodation, entertainment and leisure facilities praised by holidaymakers, their comments don’t concentrate just on these.

“What also seems to leave a lasting impression with many guests is the high standards of service that are provided by our staff, and their friendly, helpful attitude.

“This is especially pleasing to us because we want people to remember not just what they did at our parks, but also the warmth of the atmosphere and the hospitality they enjoyed.,” added Zoe.
