Norfolk Holiday Park Announces £2 million Investment in New Offices and Showground

A leading Norfolk holiday park has unveiled a £2 million investment programme with the development of new offices and a purpose-built holiday home sales showground. Searles Leisure Resort in Hunstanton says the project reflects its long-term commitment to supporting its team while continuing to improve the experience for guests and holiday home owners.
New Offices to Support Future Growth
The investment includes the creation of modern office space which will bring together the park’s teams in a collaborative working environment. The development has been delivered using local expertise and suppliers, including Norfolk-based architects and builders.
By relocating key departments into purpose-designed offices, Searles aims to provide a more comfortable and efficient workplace while freeing up space elsewhere across the resort.
Investing in People and the Guest Experience
The park says the investment demonstrates its ongoing commitment to strengthening the operational side of the business while continuing to enhance the overall guest and owner experience.
Paul Searle, managing director, said:
“This investment is about supporting the people who make Searles what it is, and allowing them to work more effectively and closely together.
“This ultimately benefits our guests and holiday home owners, and also gives us the flexibility to continue enhancing other areas of the park as part of our long-term improvement plans,” said Paul who is a former national chair of the Holiday and Residential Parks Association (HARPA).

New Holiday Home Sales Showground
Alongside the office development, Searles has created a dedicated holiday home sales showground where prospective buyers can explore the park’s current range of holiday homes. The purpose-built display area has been designed to give customers a clearer view of the accommodation options available and support the park’s growing holiday home ownership offering.
A Long-term Commitment to Norfolk Tourism
Paul’s sister Jo Searle added:
“As a family-run business, we’ve always believed that investing in our people is just as important as investing in our facilities.
“This project ensures our team has the space and environment they need to do their best work, while allowing us to continue evolving the park and improving the experience we offer to guests and holiday home owners,” said Jo.
The latest investment forms part of Searles Leisure Resort’s long-term strategy to continue developing the park while maintaining the high standards expected by guests and holiday home owners.
