Take a walk through the ancient Sunart Oakwoods which have been designated as a Site of Special Scientific Interest. This is one of the few areas where the Ancient Caledonian Oak Forest still remain.

There are many opportunities to fish, explore the sandy beaches and ancient ruined castles, and breathe in wonderfully unpolluted air. Otters, seals, red deer, pine martens, eagles, they are all here, right on the farm. Take a boat and discover the coastline of Loch Sunart with the many types of wildlife to be found there.

Resipole, being centrally positioned, is ideally placed for exploring this wonderful, rugged and remote peninsula.

Resipole Farm is a working farm and extends to the top of Ben Resipole which rises to 2775 ft. The highland Cattle graze in the Oakwoods where there is a programme in place to monitor the effects of the cattle on the flora and fauna of the woods in order to preserve and enhance the area.
