Introduction From The Holiday Park

Morecambe Lodge is set on the shore of Morecambe Bay and surrounded by gently rolling fields.

The park is in an ideal position overlooking the bay and Lake District Hills; with direct access to the beach, which has an international important SSSI and Ramsar salt marsh.

Fibre is now here and the standard 5 meg is still available, but now an enhanced 12 meg is a new option.

Within walking distance are three pubs, three restaurants and several takeaways and cafés. Especially The Crossing micro pub to our south and ever popular Archers Cafe to the North.

The historic town of Lancaster is 4 miles away, Morecambe 3 miles; Carnforth (the site of Brief Encounter) is 2 miles away.

Morecambe Lodge is an ideal springboard for both the Lake District and the Dales, and if you play golf there are several courses within an easy drive.
The canal is less than a mile away and boats can be hired at Ducklings Narrow Boat Hire. Dogs are welcome providing they are on leads, under control and looked after in every way!

Directions To The Park

2 miles north of the Bay Gateway, M6 Motorway links to A6 north of Lancaster left at lights in Bolton Le Sands onto coastal road, A5105, 200 yards right by first house, 0.5 mile to park entrance.
