Welcome to Minnows, beside the Grand Western Canal. Ideal for those who enjoy walking, cycling and fishing, or as a convenient centre for touring.

Minnows is an Affiliated Caravan Club Site. Set in five and a half acres, and just a short stroll from the village of Sampford Peverell, Minnows offers 59 landscaped pitches of which all are hard standing.

All pitches have 16 amp electric hook up and 12 of the pitches are fully serviced with drinking water hook up and grey water drainage.

The modern heated toilet, shower and utility block has constant hot water for which there is no additional charge, and a disabled room with baby changing facilities. There is a covered washing-up and vegetable preparation room and laundrette.

A three bedroom holiday park home is available for weekly letting during the season and further details are available by visiting and going to Property Reference W8372.

Minnows is conveniently located in open countryside just ¾ mile from Junction 27 of the M5. With easy road access, the surfing beaches of the North Coast, the sheltered South Coast resorts, Exmoor and Dartmoor, the Somerset Levels and Blackdown Hills.

Enjoy the walks and cycle routes from the site. The Grand Western Canal is just the other side of the hedge and the park has its own access gate directly onto the towpath.
The canal towpath is part of The West Country Cycle Way – safe off road cycling for all the family.

Directions To The Park

Signed from J27 M5 take A361 then first slip road signposted Sampford Peverell, right at mini roundabout. Park ahead.
