Introduction From The Holiday Park

Offering ""absolute tranquility"" and seclusion, with no camping or touring, so you are always amongst the same friends and neighbours. We are open from 1st March to 14th January each year. The holiday homes are either set on the Lake edge or have elevated positions overlooking both of our private lakes. Fishing is available if required for exclusive use of our holiday home owners. Our Gold Bellamy Award winning Park is set on our family run working beef/sheep farm.

Each of our 20 pitches has been designed to accommodate the new era of 16/22 foot wide Luxury/Bespoke Lodges, with 12 having waters edge frontage, but all have fantastic views of the lake and the beautiful surrounding Whinfell and Howgill Fells.. Personalised decking can be fitted, by our own professional joiner. Each pitch has a concrete base, piped bulk gas, electricity, mains water and freeview cable TV. Our Park is WIFI enabled.

In unspoilt countryside with the breathtaking backdrop of Whinfell and Howgill fells, you can enjoy nature on your doorstep, either watching the wildlife and their young swimming on our lakes, the fish jumping in the water, deer meandering in the adjoining fields, or walking/biking on the many footpaths and surrounding country lanes.

Imagine owning your own piece of paradise in our beautiful part of the English Lake District, with peace and tranquility as a bonus.

A6, 3m north of Kendal. Right turn Watchgate/Patton Bridge. 0.5 mile, go past Poppy Farm, 500 yards crossroads turn left. First left 100 yards.
