Greenwood Leghe, which benefits from a full 12 month holiday licence is situated approximately a mile from the village of Ingleton, it is reached along a beautiful tree lined drive. The holiday homes are set in the gardens and grounds of the former mansion house of Greenwood Leghe. There are splendid views across the fields to Ingleborough and the surrounding limestone fells. There are several footpaths leading directly from the park – the summit of Ingleborough can be reached from one of them.
Ingleton is famous for the splendour of its Waterfalls Walk, White Scar Caverns and the limestone scenery of the Three Peaks Mountains, it also has ample shopping facilities, tea rooms and country inns. It is a great centre from which to explore the Yorkshire Dales, the Lake District, the Lancashire Coast and the Forest of Bowland.
