Oulton Broad is a water lover's paradise, with windsurfing, fishing, sailing and boat trips. Self-drive motor launches can be hired too. During the summer months there are sailing regattas and, on most Thursdays, power-boat racing is thrilling to watch from our own private marina fronting the broad, where boat mooring and launching facilities are also available. Pleasant walks lead to the unspoilt Broadland marshlands, nature trails and Nicholas Everitt Park, with its own children's zoo, recreational areas, tennis and bowls.

Broadland Holiday Village is within easy reach of the fishing port and popular shopping centre of Lowestoft, with its award winning safe sandy beaches. Lowestoft also offers a theatre, cinema and excellent sporting facilities. The acclaimed Pleasurewood Hills family theme park is a great family day out and, for golfers, the local course is just 2 miles away.

Directions To The Park

Oulton Broad via A146 or A12 for Oulton Broad South Railway station on left & Flying Dutchman PH on right. Over railbridge continue to roundabout, double back on yourself, right into Marsh Road.
