A dog-friendly Lake District holiday park has romped into the finals with the Rex Factor. Lake District Estates, which puts pooches on a pedestal has been nominated for four top honours in the Dog Friendly Awards 2023. The holiday park, has earned its place in the finals by demonstrating that it operates some of the most dog-friendly holiday parks in Britain.

Their facilities include a complimentary doggy gift pack on arrival, a supplied dog bed, wooden dog door gates, and guides to nearby dog-friendly walking trails and places to visit.

Now the parks group must wait until the end of November this year to see if their parks have triumphed in the awards which are decided by a public vote.

The glittering awards ceremony will take place at the Kennel Club headquarters in London.
