The award is the highest honour given to outstanding park employees by the association which is the national representative body of the holiday parks industry.
She was presented with the accolade by Waterfoot’s park manager Gary Stoupe who said that Michelle was always prepared to go the extra mile:
“Michelle has done a fantastic job since she joined us three years ago in looking after all the holiday home owners and holiday guests that we welcome at the park,” he said.
“She is constantly looking at what we currently provide here at Waterfoot Park, and how we can improve even further on that offering.
“Michelle makes a special point of remembering returning guests and owners alike; her customer care skills are tremendous, and she truly deserves this award,” said Gary.
