Sleningford Watermill is a beautiful, friendly and award winning site. We are proud to hold a GOLD David Bellamy Award. The Park is popular with families and the beach area on the river's edge is always a favourite.The Park's toilet and shower facilities are modern, clean and heated. We have 3 covered washing up areas, a laundry and information room.The Mill Shop stocks a wide variety of everyday essentials including milk, bread and eggs. Sweets, treats, ice cream and alcohol as well as toys, games and some camping equipment are also available. Fresh hot and cold sandwiches, cakes and drinks can also be bought. We offer a Calor Gas Exchange during shop opening times and a FREE ice pack freezing service is available 24 hours.A small flatlet is available to let and sleeps upto 4.There is an independent canoe shop on site, they hire out sit-on kayaks and offer tuition.

Directions

On A6108 between North Stainley and West Tanfield. From Ripon north on the A6108 past Lightwater Valley Theme Park and through North Stainley. The Park is 0.5 mile on right.
