Vale of Pickering… The Vale of Pickering Caravan Park is without a doubt one of the very best Family Caravan parks in the country. The 15-acre site is surrounded by beautiful countryside located close to the North Yorkshire Moors, which makes it an ideal base to explore the many attractions close by. The spacious park has panoramic views, and is generously planted with trees, shrubs, flowerbeds and hanging baskets. Campers are welcome on to the site and there is also an adjoining 5-acre rally field. Two hostleries are within 2 miles and many more within 4 miles. A walk round shop caters for most needs and is licensed to sell alcoholic drinks. Stocks of caravan spares, Calor gas and camping gas are available. The luxury washroom has recently been extensively modernised to an exceptionally high standard and is kept immaculately clean at all times. Ladies and gents baths, showers, shaver points, hand and hair dryers, Ladies make up area, private wash cubicles, baby changing room and disabled facilities are all provided. The laundrette has two washing machines, two dryers and ironing facilities. Enclosed deep sinks are provided for pots and pans. A microwave is also available.
Dogs are welcome on the site but must be kept on a leash. Also provided is a 6-acre dog walk to keep both you and your dogs fit!! A large well-equipped play area with swings, slides, roundabouts etc. will keep your children amused for hours.
