Introduction From The Holiday Park

Highfield is a peaceful, dog-friendly, 7-acre croft with stunning views of the surrounding countryside located just a 5-minute walk from the long sandy beach of Tralee Bay. We offer deluxe glamping pods and a safari tent as well as spacious pitches for tents, tourers and motorhomes.

Our fully-equipped 2 to 4-berth glamping pods have en-suite bathrooms, private hot tubs, and fire pit BBQs. Pet-friendly pods are also available and come with their own dog pod. Our 4-berth safari tents (think African luxury safari meets Scottish country getaway) are also a great way to get away from it all and get back to nature – and what could be better than star gazing from the hot tub with a bottle of bubbly?

We also offer a range of grass and hardstanding pitches with electric hook up, water and grey waste disposal - a limited number of seasonal pitches are also available. Our modern and well-kept facilities include a new shower and toilet block, dishwashing area, and elsan waste disposal.

Our site is one mile from the pretty village of Benderloch, which has a well-stocked local shop and the wonderful Beinn Lora Cafe with its to die for homemade cakes, sandwiches and pizzas. There are well-marked cycle paths around the area and some beautiful woodland, hill, and beach walks.

Guests are welcome to use the facilities at Tralee Bay Holidays (laundry room, fly fishing, putting green, slipway for launching boats and Tralee Bay fish and chips), just a 2-minute walk away.

Directions To The Park

Our postcode PA37 1QS will direct you to the church in the village, not to the park. From the north, turn right as you enter the village of Benderloch just after the school. From the south, turn left as you exit the village before the school. Both are signed Tralee Bay Holidays. Halfway down the long lane, there is a sign with a big photo of a pod. Turn right here into the entrance for Highfield.
