Bingley, West Yorkshire
Our multi award-winning park nestles in a sheltered spot known locally as ""Happy Valley,"" just on the edge of the Dales, moors and within Bronte Country. Residents have free access to the Park`s private unspoilt 80 acre woodland estate containing the famous Goit Stock Waterfall, free roaming deer, exclusive private fishing and network of paths. Many of our park homes are beckside but there is no danger of flooding, as the flow is controlled by a reservoir at the head of the valley. Not surprisingly the park has several David Bellamy Gold Awards for Conservation of which we are very proud.
You can enjoy living in this beautiful, secure rural environment without feeling isolated because the desirable and much sought after pretty village of Harden is within walking distance. The village has a post office, chemist, off-licence/general store, fish and chip shop, Indian takeaway and two pubs.
The private estate road leads a few hundred yards straight to the 18th Century Malt Shovel pub and bus stops that serve the nearby towns of Keighley and Bingley just 2 miles away.
We are family owned and run with a resident Management Team to help you out whenever possible.
